If you’d rather not part with the original photo, you’re welcome to send a digital file instead. Photos taken with a smartphone or a digital camera are usually just fine.

In general, the more pixels, the better the restoration result. If you’re unsure, don’t worry — we’ll review what you send and let you know if it’s suitable before any work begins.

For the best possible results, we recommend sending the original photograph whenever possible, but many restorations are successfully completed from digital images.
